Create Your Onboarding Account
Start here before you complete pre-employment steps, trainings, paperwork, and scheduling. Once your account is created, you will move through one onboarding step at a time.
Welcome, Mentor.
Move through each step in order. You can leave and come back anytime on the same device.
Pre Employment
Start pre-employment background and health steps early. Live Scan results can take roughly three weeks, and TB skin tests usually require a second visit 48-72 hours later.
- Find a DOJ Live Scan location in your county.
- Bring the printed Live Scan form and valid, unexpired photo ID.
- Ask for DOJ and FBI clearance. The ORI number is AZ398.
- Expected fees: State CORI $32, Federal CORI $17, plus a rolling fee that varies by location.
- Save your receipt for reimbursement.
- Complete a TB skin test before site placement.
- The skin test usually requires two visits, 48-72 hours apart.
- We recommend using your university or student health clinic first. A local clinic is fine as a backup unless your coordinator gives different instructions.
- If you passed a TB test within the last year, ask your coordinator if that result can be used.
- Save your test result and receipt for review and reimbursement.
Employment Documents
Download and print the employment packet early, then bring the completed documents to your in-person Orientation meeting after your certifications are complete.
Paid Training
Complete these paid onboarding trainings only after Offseason confirms that your background clearance is approved and training is unlocked. Finish the certifications before your in-person Orientation.
